Sign Up Help

Login Name

Begin with a letter or number, and may contain letters (a-z , A-Z), numbers (0-9), or the underscore (_), but no spaces. Make sure the Login Name is:

• at least six (6) characters in length
• at most twenty (20) characters in length
• easy to remember

Password and Confirm Password

Must contain numbers (0-9) and upper and lowercase letters (A-Z, a-z), but no spaces. Confirm password to make sure that the password you have chosen is correct, and also make sure the Password is:

• at least eight (8) characters in length
• at most twenty (20) characters in length
• contains at least one upper case letter
• contains at least one lower case letter
• contains at least one numeral
• contains at least one of the following special symbols !@#$%^&*()
• difficult for others to guess
• case sensitive

Email Address

In order to complete your sign up for an IWAS account, you need to enter an email address. We primarily use the email address to send login/password information if you forget your login/password. We have found this to be an effective tool, especially if someone is having problems with their IWAS account. However, if you don't currently have an email address, you can leave this field blank when you sign up for an IWAS account.

• should not contain any of " /:,;" characters
• at most eighty (80) characters in length

Secret Question and Answer

If you have forgotten your password, we'll ask you for the answer to your secret question. We'll use your answer to this question to verify your identity before we give you the password. For your security and convenience, make sure the answer to your secret question is:

• memorable
• at least five characters in length
• not related to your password in any way
• unlikely to change over time
• hard for others to guess, even if they see your secret question
