If you forget your Login Name or Password you can retrieve either one by clicking on the "Get Password" link on the left menu.  You will then be prompted to provide some information to get your Login Name or Password.  ISBE recommends that you write down your Login Name and Password in a secure location and change your password at regular intervals to prevent unauthorized access.
